Richard has over 40 years of experience in the Heavy Duty Truck Industry with the collision repair, insurance, and commercial aspects of the industry. Most recently he was a Multiline Large Loss Claims Consultant for Nationwide Insurance. His hobbies are baseball, his grandkids, and family. Mr. Voyles enjoys being a part of organizations like HDQC and is eager to assist in making a positive difference for consumers and repair shops alike.

Kevin Heisler, of Humboldt KS has been in the Trucking business for over 15 years. He started out as a single truck owner operator and now oversees several trucks at his business-Heisler Hay & Grain. He is anxious to be involved in the area of Quality and Warranty with After Market parts as he knows the high cost of Down Time when a part fails. He is married with 3 younger children all 13 years or less, and he serves on his local School Board, is a proficient Auctioneer, and enjoys trips to the ocean for vacation. He values not only his family, but his staff, as they are KEY to the success of any person or company.

David Russell, of the Carl Junction, Mo area has been involved in Fleet Management for over 33 years. He achieved several awards for excellence as Service Manager for a Midwest Chevy Dealership and now oversees fleet service and maintenance for Empire District Electric Co of Joplin, Mo. He relies a lot on OE parts and is interested in seeing how After Market parts ‘stack up’ against them.

Married for 30 years, father of 2 boys with 4 grandchildren, David enjoys family time at the lake, working on the farm and his 55’ Chevy.

Bobby Williams, of the Ft. Worth Tx. Area, has been involved in the Truck Sales most of his 23 year career and is now a sales manager with East Texas Mack Trucks. He loves doing what he does and is passionate about Truck Sales. In his daily work, he relies on many After Market parts to get his Used Trucks ‘front row ready’ and prepped for his Customers. Married for 24 years with 2 children, he enjoys hunting, fishing, general outdoors, showing off his 62’ GMC pickup at car shows and fund raiser events.

Billy Bell of Headland, AL operates his own Collision Repair and Paint shop-Billy’s Paint & Body. With 35 years in the business, and 16+ year as a business owner, Billy is no stranger to Big Rig Collision repair and repaint. He is fortunate to have a long list of loyal and repeat customers on the collision repair side, but also does an ample amount of customizing and accessorizing on trucks as well. He uses aftermarket parts, as well as OE parts on a daily basis. He is hopeful that this group can help make more versions of aftermarket parts available to customers with good prices and high quality standards. Bill is married, has 3 children, one grand-daughter and another on the way! He enjoys time on the water, family, family time and showing off the 86’ Chevy truck him and his son restored.

Todd Borton, of the Independence Ks. Area, helped Cobalt Boats as a Design Engineers for over 20 years, worked at Sea Ray Boats, Vectorworks Marine, and Cobalt Boats. He has a passion for auto restoration projects and hopes that HDQC will be able to offer direction and recommendations to Part Manufacturers that will enable them to enhance and improve their products and enjoy more success.Married 21 years, with 3 children, Todd enjoys motor sports and has started his own vineyard as a hobby.
